We cannot recommend this kennel highly enough. One of our three dogs left in their care was taken ill and the care she received was exemplary. We were kept informed of all developments and sent videos to reassure us that the other two were well and happy. Very caring staff who seem happy in their work and who do a brilliant job.
I have been taking my rabbit Nigel to Greenlane Farm for about 7 years now. He is so well looked after and the accommodation is 5*. He loves to go and always looks refreshed when I pick him up, it’s like a spa break for him! Highly recommend the farm for pet boarding, the staff are great, well qualified, very loving towards the animals and always super helpful.
My dog was looked after so well. He is very attached to his family and we were concerned he would be pining for us. When he was collected he was very bouncy and happy. Highly recommend Green Lane Farm.

We have previously boarded cats at Green Lane, going back over 20 years and for the past 9 years our dog, Pepper, has been a regular visitor. The care she receives is excellent, she always runs in happy and comes home happy. The kennels must have good staff retention (which says a lot) as we recognise familiar faces at drop off and pick up, they remember Pepper and know her well. The office staff are wonderful – bookings taken really efficiently, always friendly and very patient and helpful if we have to move around dates etc. I would, and have, highly recommend Green Lane Farm.
Needed a kennel for just the day while visiting Kew Gardens (13 miles away) Left two 4 year old labs with friendly caring staff. The kennels are ideally situated in quite surroundings, costs were well worth knowing my dogs were in good hands. Can recommend and will use again if visiting the area Thank you to the staff and owner.
Guys, what are you doing there with my Jolie? When we went to take her home after ten days, she walked back with her carer. She is more happy and balanced now than before! What is the secret?
We have been taking our two dogs for many many years they always go in with their tails wagging and come out happy. My mothers dog went for the first time and was unhappy there but the staff moved her a number of times to different areas within the kennels and hand-fed her chicken, ham, and treats to get her to feed. they took her with them around the kennels to keep her amused they couldn’t have done more to try to settle her down very happy with all the care the staff showed.

Thank you for again looking after my 3 ‘terrierists’ even though Poppy was a bit of a diva taking her meds I know they were well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you to anyone thinking about leaving their pups with you. All 3 are sleeping soundly (Boris is snoring so loud we had to turn the TV up) so they must have had a lot of fun in their chalet and garden. Thank you again and see you in July. Always feel nervous about putting our dog in kennels, but clearly she has been well looked after at Green Lane Farm.

This place is amazing and the people are the stars here. Very excellent job. Do you know how i know that. My dog tells me every time he comes from here. He whispers in my ears whoh whoh. So glad that i leave with no worries!
Girls and boys you done it again, you looked after my babies as well as me.
When i take them in they both go off tails wagging they dont even look back anymore to see where I am I say bye to Max bye Bella nothing they cant wait to get in their house lool.
We book Max and Bella in the summer houses, book them early to make sure you get one, they are very popular, mine love it in there. They take pics if you want them to and post them and mine look to be having fun in every pic.
When i 1st started going away i used to get so upset leaving them but I was always reassured they would be well looked after and if they did miss me and start to pine someone would go in the kennel with them and give them cuddles.
Max and Bella are senior babies now and on meds but I just let the ladies and gents know and it’s all sorted i have no worries at all.
I can go on my holidays knowing my babies are being well looked after.
Max had a bad belly the last time he was in they brought him chicken and took him to the vet to get him checked over he needed medication but I knew what was going on every step of the way when it was time to pick them up there’s no rush to get in the car and go home in fact Bella jumps in the car and jumps straight back out shes in no rush to leave the guys that have just brought them up lool.

My cat has stayed with Green Lanes twice now. She seemed happy and content from the regular photos I received of her. I was stress-free knowing that she was in good care. A big thank you to the team for taking care of her.
Thank you to Kelly and her great team at Green Lane. Doug enjoyed his time there. Its nice to be kept regularly updated with messages and photos. Will be booking him in for next year.
